When long-established Bradford firm, Thorite, leading UK supplier of compressed air, pneumatic, vacuum and fluid power process products, made the strategic decision to move from their Laisterdyke home of 50 years to a new, purpose-built 44,000 sq.ft Headquarters and Sales & Service Centre on Hillam Road, they looked to New Vision for all their new signage solutions.
They wanted to make a bold, imposing statement and demonstrate their continuing commitment to offering customers the most comprehensive range of market-leading industrial compressed air, pneumatic and fluid power products and systems solutions in the UK.
Taking their brand concepts, our design team worked closely with the Thorite team to produce a comprehensive range of signage proposals including the large halo-illuminated main sign comprising 2-metre-high built-up letters and logo. Inside the building, we installed illuminated letters and logos, wall graphics, locational/wayfinding signs and window manifestations, all maintaining a consistent corporate branding environment.
On completion of this project, the branding compliments their striking new building, with the Thorite team and customers now enjoying this new ‘one-stop-shop’, where all the company’s main value-added services are gathered under one roof, including a brand-new Sales and Service Centre Showroom, Trade Counter, and New Product Showcase area. With a turnover of almost £20 million in 2019 and ambitious future growth plans, the new headquarters provides a firm foundation for Thorite’s continued success.
